Standard Chartered LTF Platinum Rewards Credit Card

Statndard Chatarad has started sourcing Platinum Rewards Credit Card under Life Time Free pricing.

This card generally comes with a Joining/Annual of INR 250+GST but under this special offer this becomes free on spending of Rs 500 or more within 30 days from card issuance to avoid levy of onetime fee of INR 250 + GST.

Is platinum card offering unlimited 5%? There is a cap on monthly rewards, isnt?

5% on fuel and Fine dining, but each RP is 0.25P only, that is effectively 1.25Rs and for 150rs it's just 0.75%, at the end of 75, what is the least here? It's 5 or 7? 5 right, so 5%,

All are copying 5% strategy from Amazon pay ICICI, but the true value only caved under the terms and conditions.

I wanted an SCB LTF card, but this card is way to useless to be worth the effort
Let's hope some day in future they'll run this promotion on a better card like Smart or EMT

There was field in form to enter office email.

Was it compulsary as I didn't filled it..?? And I guess it was not mandatory as then form wouldn't go forward as mandatory fields were marked with astrix

Yes, maybe it was not mandatory then, but when customer care guy call, they might ask.

I already gave email id in the form, still they asked me to confirm over call.

Same Processing.. issue from last 3 days. Have tried in different devices on different browsers several times but the same issue arrises each time. Also have not received any call from SC for my credit card application.

I think now are flooded with applications..thanks to this community....i applied last night....didnt faced any issue...used opera browser on windows...
