Anyone received official confirmation from customer care/PNO through email on LTF pricing???
I tried yesterday, he told nothing mentioned here you have to spend 60k.

When I told him about SCB website about ₹500 spending+ LTF offer, he was clueless
Told wait for 1st month bill generation.
I asked bill generation date. 11th of every month

Keep a screenshot AND a video recording of the website, with the date and time of recording clearly visible.
Also, you must have received the entire application filled up. Keep that as well.

Reason is :-
When i applied, my card was processed as FYF. The same was informed to me, when i got communication call to discuss about features and charges and benefits.
However, in my first statement, I was charged Rs 250+GST. When I called Customer care, they said that normally, while re-taking the application, the bank employees have to enter agent code as FYF or LTF and so on. So, maybe that the employee filled it up as FYF , but due to technical issue, your were charged, and got my fees reversed.

So, in case after spending Rs 500/-, if the card is still not processed as LTF, share this proof of recording with first head office and then PNO and escalate to RBI.

friends, please everyone keep a screenshot and any proof you can think of, in case ltf is denied in future and we have to complain to rbi . the offer is still being shown as ltf on website. if anyone has pno contact email, please share so that we can enquire/complain in bulk.

For those who had Processing.. problem in their SC credit card application and SC bank credit card agent called them to apply for their credit card, then LTF condition might not be applicable in this case. If agent is manually submitting your credit card application while on call then he might proceed by entering his employee/agent code at the bottom of the credit card application. This will void LTF condition as employee/agent might get commission for your credit card application. I might be wrong but this side of the coin may also exist.
this is very true. HDFC had such a clause earlier.
my application was not stuck at any phase during processing. but hearing everybody's experience here, SCB has a standard process where they call after the application is submitted online to verify details.

One can put forth an argument that the conditions as mentioned in the website to make the card LTF was to make a transaction of Rs 500 or more within 30 days of card activation/issuance. There was no mention of any other condition like Application must be only online, and so on.

I think you are right, like an agent she was asking and submitting every details, also there was no option to upload the doucments in online application.
