Bro Bro Bro... this is standard reply of HDFC. On 19th they will mail that they need 10 more days to solve your issue and so on.
This is a trap. Don't get your hopes high on this statement until they specifically says you will get cashback on this date.. etc
.
my 3 complaints are still ongoing on HDFC cc email for last 2-3 months with this same reply.

Kar do tum bhi RBI ko escalate. Nahi sudhrenge yeh log. HDFC ke April ke CB se pehle mera PNB ka June ka CB aa jayega. 😭
I got my cashback for Starbucks offer (for transaction done in April) on my PNB card atleast.

Itna hutiya Bank hai.
Saalo ke pass gum phir ke 6-7 Employee hai lgta hai .
PNO Ko Mail karo toh bhi yeh 6-7 response dete hai
Grievance pe mail daalo toh bhi yeh 6-7 hi response dete hai.
