Maine seedha likh diya tha unhe ki baaki banks to 10 din me de rhe hai. Unhe koi issue nhi hua NPCI ke saath. Aapko hi special invitation dena padta hai.

After HDFC Blamed NPCI, I wrote Exactly Same words to HDFC and Now HDFC is Silent on that E-Mail, because HDFC know HDFC is at fault.

Now I will raise the complaint with RB BO.

RBI , NPCI sabko E-Mail Karuga.

HDFC ne over E-mail Accept kiya hai ki Fault NPCI ka hai.

HDFC credited 10% upto 100 Cashback but put the blame of this delay on NPCI.

HDFC told me Cashback is Posted as and when Cashback Details are recived from NPCI

There are many customers who have still not received 10% offer Cashback and HDFC shamelessly blaming NPCI for this delay.

An Complaint with RBI BO is must for teaching HDFC a lesson. Otherwise HDFC will not fulfil a single UPI offer and Put the Blame on NPCI each time.

For crediting Rs. 100 cashback HDFC took 20 days and 2 Detailed E-Mail

For crediting Rs.1000 cashback HDFC would took 200 days and 20 Detailed E-Mail😂 Just 10X more efforts

Ek ek point highlight karke dena aur last me yeh bhi likhna ki NPCI issues wala bahana ab purana ho gya hai. Nhi doge toh tum logo ko RBI ka danda dena padega. 😜

I only knew about bogo running on that day. Didn't know about 100% off upto 1k otherwise would have used fully. Did you use it fully? Was it per card or per user?
