Steps for getting invite for RBL Zomato Edition CC

Initially I heard from a youtuber that I can request the bank for the card but even he was not sure about the approach.

Step 1: I posted a tweet tagging RBL bank and RBL care team that I am interested in their Zomato Edition Card. The bank replied that it is invite based card and wait for the invite to get the card.



Step 2: I noticed a reply from Edition team, which I suppose is the official account by Zomato to DM them my registered phone and email address. Initially I ignored the reply since it was already deferred by the banking partner. But, then I thought of giving it a try and replied to Edition team with my details on DM.



Step 3: Exactly after 4 days of providing my zomato account details the Edition team reverted back and asked me check my Zomato account after 24-48 hours for the invite. This morning when I checked my Zomato app, I saw the invite visible in Money tab.

Step 4: Just provided my PAN details in the Zomato app and within 2 minutes my Credit Limit was displayed. I completed my KYC with the bank and within 30 minutes received mail that my virtual card is active to use.

I have tried my best to jot down the steps and all the necessary things which I did to get the card. Please feel free to ask thing regarding the same. I will be more than happy to help.

This card is actually useless if u have Axis airtel card which gives 10% cashback (aside from birthday benefit). But i want black edition card that comes with pro plus and am willing to pay 2k fee as well. But with this itself getting rejected, black edition is out of scope.

Folks, got my LTF Edition Classic card approved today (even though my location isn't serviceable 😁). I would have say the application process was smooth, just took a few hours (had applied and did Video KYC yesterday around 10 PM)! 🔥🕺

You can use you friends and relatives address. They won't ask any address proof.

First I applied in April month immediate rejected with no reason cibil 770 with no late payment or default, I put my Aadhaar address , communication address and my job address, then mailed and tweeted RBL and Zomato but no solution or reason given, after three months again got invite, applied on 25th July done VKYC agent says VKYC successful, first day showing in app kyc under review notify in 1-2 hr, second day shows it take longer we notify you , then from yesterday shows Aadhaar data not matched our executive verify in 1-2 days, today one missed call received I replied after 1hr he says he come for verification but your phone is off, and informed to agency for same , I asked him what you reported, he says you get call for same. now cibil is 779.

My Aadhaar address is locked now for redevelopment,

Is my application get approved after that ?

If declined what should I do for getting approval ?

I hold RBL Shoperrite card and neither RBL nor Zomato is helping for card upgrade, RBL PNO is a junk box and no human replies from them , lower level escalations atleast do something there, how to get this card now , do i need to close the LTF Shoperrite credit card first?

Also one more question is what if i open Insignia bank account with RBL where they offer free credit card, will they provide another credit card based on Insignia relationship on top of the existing Shoperite credit card ?
