Koi na, going to ignore now onwards. Seems, few guys have made several accounts of course being impersonator (behrupiya) and now trying to win by making personal attacks from all.
There's one saying in hindi, perfectly suits here: Hathi Chale Bajar Kutta Bhoke Hajar.
Admin/Mods: They way abuse sounds cool in English and vice versa in regional language. Hope, you analyze these marks high horse and and then will compare with that hindi quote.

Because most of us do not like being schooled by other members like we have seen in the past few pages.
If one has a problem, one should draw the attention of a moderator or Technofino if the situation warrants and it is for them to correct or adjudicate. Yaha pe sab chaudhary banne lage hain.
But people must avoid trying to scold others directly. This can definitely ruffle some feathers.

I understand it's really difficult for you to understand how to be polite. I'll help you don't worry.
The "discrimination" as you claim, done by the founder is to moderate the site. The discrimination done by you is butting into a conversation when you weren't tagged and asking the other person to not care about this "low level" individual's opinion just because they are a lower rank than you. If my language is difficult to understand, try putting it in chatgpt and asking it to translate it to your mother tongue, maybe then the message will be clearer.

People say this forum is a 'community'. A good community is where people are allowed to seek knowledge, have fun, engage in banter, and express themselves freely.
Most of the threads are useful here, if they're not useful to you, they might be useful for many others. It's not a guides and methods only forum. People are allowed to ask any queries whether they seem silly or inessential to you.
For example, I don't know Tamil and if someone asks a query in Tamil because they don't know English then should they be punished with the post deletion for not knowing English? I'm sure there are thousands of members here who speak Tamil and some of them would have gladly answered the query.

P.S - I don't know why the moderators are not being paid. The forum is monetized for sure. If the moderators are backbone of the community then they shall be paid appropriately for their invaluable time for managing the platform. Otherwise it will be considered same as unpaid internship.

Please don't implement this stringent rule. It's basically creating exclusivity and can be considered gatekeeping of information. People shall be allowed to ask their question or engage in whatever language they're comfortable with.

To be honest, to keep the community clean and spam free you may establish specific universal guidelines to prevent offensive content and maintain a positive environment for all members. The jokes are good for fostering the community but ensure they remain respectful and appropriate.

If you think about it, the best forums survived on strict moderation and zero tolerance policy for off topics.
teambhp - perhaps the only forum survived despite the rise of plethora of social media like orkut/faceboo/ whatsapp groups. I read one post by a guy who completed some 10 years, he said its because of strict rules enforcement he improved English and expression of thoughts which in turn helped him in corporate ladder too.
Regarding language, agree some people aren't good . I can sense some cases like small shopkeepers/business people who got their "Arindam Bhajagovindam " moment and want to genuinely seek help . But people who can write in English must stick to it unless someone asked to switch. Agree angrez has left but the garbage English won't in day-day dealings.

You need to understand that this is a discussion forum where people share knowledge and discuss things. This not Quora where you ask questions and people answer your queries. I am not saying Q&A will not happen here but it should not be the case where most of the threads are repetitive Q&A.

In that case it perfectly describes the feudal and brown sepoy mindset of India's corporate environment which is already toxic and mediocre.
We are aware what happens to people with merit and skill in this country.
If you ever get a chance to visit California then tour around cities like San Francisco, Sacramento, Fresno, Silicon Valley, San Jose, and Berkely etc and you will find plenty of people speaking broken English running successful startups which generates at least $1m in revenue.
Many of them are Indians.
Our country is extremely fixated on English.

My point is not about English, but a common language in this particular forum. I can read/write/speak Telugu, Hindi and English. Conversant in Tamil and Kannada. But many people try Hindi as substitute for English in corporate which is impractical.
Indian corporate is already rotten as politics fueled by regionalism and linguistic feelinthan one's performance. English in this case plays a neutral and inclusion. I will rest this case here.

Second of all, why should I DM the founder about TF levels ? You are going completely off topic by talking about rules for TF Neo and this and that ! What has that to do with the superiority feeling that some people have ?
This is again off topic and does not make any sense. No one on this thread is here discussing about creating meaningfulness in my life.
This thread is about maintaining the lvl of quality on the forum and members below have given their opinions on the same. And since you have some personal sense of accomplishment by reaching a certain TF Level, I simply asked you - Why don't you point to one thread that you have posted which is on par in terms of knowledge and quality discussion like SSV's Cibil Thread ??
