Suggest me a best CC on C2C using my Kotak White CC

I have kotak white card with 4 lakhs limit, With 11 months old, which card should I go for on card 2 card basis for ltf.
Looking for airport lounge access and online reward/cashback

there are no cards given as LTF which have unlimited lounge access (until you have extremely high NRV with the bank).

Online rewards/cashback is subjective to your usage

if approx 75% of your usage is on amazon, then apay is for you (ltf)
for diverse payments, axis ace will give 2% (but not sure if this is given as ltf or not)

you need to do research by yourself..... people here can only suggest the best ones from the list...

I found axis flipkart credit card and axis ace is all the same.
Which one should I go for?
Pls guide me regarding axis select as well.
