Helllo everyone,

I am looking for advice on how to get the HDFC Infinia credit card based on my current profile and relationship with HDFC Bank. Here are the details of my credit card portfolio and financial background:

HDFC credit cards:
- HDFC Millennia - ₹1.6L limit
- HDFC UPI credit card - ₹1.6L limit
- HDFC Pixel Visa - ₹30k limit
- HDFC Pixel RuPay - ₹30k limit
- HDFC IOCL add-on card

Other details:
- Combined spend of over ₹15L across my HDFC credit cards this year
- Over 5 years of salary account and credit card relationship with HDFC
- Taken a personal loan with them and its gonna close in about 6 months
- Annual salary close to ₹10LPA
- CIBIL score: 776
- Other credit cards with limits close to ₹5L

I would like to know the best way to qualify for the HDFC Infinia credit card or how to plan my approach to getting it. Should I focus on increasing my current card limits, upgrading my existing cards, or exploring other avenues?

Any suggestions or tips from those who have successfully upgraded to Infinia or have experience with similar profiles would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

I’m sorry to say this but I do not think you will be able to get Infinia in the next 5-6 years at the least, unless your salary increases 5x. You don’t even qualify for Regalia Gold yet.

Keep spending on HDFC, request Limit Enhancements from Grievance Redressal. Every 6 months log onto xpressway to check for upgrades/LE. Pester your RM/BM. These are all of the tips I can give you.
Every time I mail grievance redressal they are mostly asking for payslips bro. My salary is pretty low. So the LE is marginal. So anyway to bump it up a little

My friend has a small shop nearby. I am already using his QR for rupay CC. Thinking about getting a pos machine and using it for like 30% of my CL. Mostly will get back 90% of MDR through rewards on CC. What's your opinion bro
Achha hai aapko nahi mila card 🥱🥱

Come on bro. It's not like banks keep their end. They devalue it all the time.

Hello everyone,

I’m seeking advice on optimizing my credit card portfolio and building a strong set of cards for my needs. Here’s a quick overview of my spending patterns and preferences:

Spending Patterns:
- UPI Transactions: ₹1-3L per month
- Online Shopping: ₹1-2L per month (mostly on Amazon and Flipkart)
- Occasional Money Rotation: ₹2-4L per month for short-term financial needs

Preferences:
I prefer lifetime free credit cards, but I’m open to cards with fees if the benefits outweigh the cost. Looking for a mix of upgrades and new card applications to better suit my spending habits. Need atleast one card with international lounge access(1-2 per year should be enough)

Current Credit Cards: ( all are LTF except hdfc UPI)
1. Flipkart Axis Bank
2. Axis MyZone
3. HDFC Millennia
4. HDFC UPI Credit Card
5. HDFC Pixel Visa
6. HDFC Pixel RuPay
7. HDFC IOCL Add-On Card
8. IDFC Millennia
9. ICICI Amazon Pay
10. ICICI Coral Visa
11. ICICI Coral RuPay
12. South Indian Bank OneCard
13. Kotak League
14. IndusInd Legend
15. Kiwi Yes Bank

Planned Applications:
- AU Small Finance Bank IXIGO Card
- HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Card

Request for Suggestions:
1. Closures: Which of my current cards should I consider closing due to overlapping benefits or limited utility?
2. Upgrades: Which cards should I try upgrading for better features and higher limits?
3. New Cards: Are there any other credit cards I should apply for that align with my spending habits (UPI, online shopping, International lounge access, or financial needs)?
4. Optimization: Any advice on how to streamline my portfolio for maximum rewards, benefits, and overall usability?

I’d greatly appreciate your input and suggestions. Looking forward to hearing from the experts here!

Thank you!

Check this out. This is my other thread. I occasionally do that when I need money in short term.

bhai yeh hdfc ke fudu cards se 15L phuk diyee!!???

Not possible watching there current criteria of issuing INFINIA. Either spend 7-8lakh on DCB or share salary slip of 5lakh/month. DCB is again 2.5/L month.
