Swiggy HDFC Credit card rejected

I was getting Swiggy HDFC credit card lifetime free from swiggy. The residential address verification was done but today I got to know that the application was rejected/declined. How do I understand what's the reason behind it?

Got rejected 3 times for same application over last month 🤦‍♂️.

Twice for me, was ok with it, till they changed the cashback to statement credit. I pursued on mail and got it.
PS got rejected for sbi CB card, even though i’m holding sbi card since 3 years and spending more than 3L on it annually

Relationship with bank...bank account and credit card issued in 2004

Changed my swiggy mob no last week to match with HDFC Bank......Finally received LTF offer today...Hope it will approved...The mob no in Swiggy and HDFC bank should be same....

I got Swiggy Lifetime offer, They rejected when I applied 😀 But got the card in 2 weeks ! I am not sure what's going on with HDFC

call sbi cards cc and ask them to issue cashback SBI or apply via an agent if your online application is getting declined.

Basically if they want to give they will!!! I got the LTF offer, applied through app. Got a mail, stating that they were unable to verify my address. My VKYC had some issue, tried 3 times and the last one was successful. Rejected status was sent in swiggy app.
After a few days KYC appointment was given and completed the next day. After a few days received rejection mail saying my identity couldn’t be verified. I got annoyed since i had done physical KYC. Mailed them and escalated 2 levels stating unsatisfactory response within a few hours. The people at third level took time and asked for a week time.
They sent a verification guy, as they normally do for CC applications, application status showed processing and after 2 days was approved.
FYI have a neu plus card, i had used a different email address.
Application started on 8/5 approved on 3/6. Will be receiving the physical card tomorrow

Activated...email id is same as of regalia gold

I think its always good to wait before activating the card in case you want to confirm the LTF status.

If app is showing LTF then for sure card is LTF...will just send mail for reconfirmation....max risk is 500 Rs which is okay...poori duniya vishwas pe chal rahi hain 😄
