Did you guys wait minimum 15 days before sending mail or sent after 12-14 days? You have to wait till atleast 15 days over I made the txn on 26th June sent mail on 12th July so after 16 days

Try mailing support as far as I know you get rewards for all VISA Debit & Credit Cards

For active Visa cards which were used before for Tap and pay, when you complete 10 tap and pay transactions of 300, you can get your 200 Amazon shopping voucher after 5 days
