I have not used this card ever on tap and pay between April 2023 to March 2024. Kindly provide proof that I have used this card in this time. Otherwise kindly provide me with the voucher for Amazon at the earliest.

Replacement card always has the same card number AFAIK. Hence you can't avail the offer twice.
