Tata neu Infinity LTF offer help

Hi Guys,

I went to tata neu app and checked my eligibility and it offered me both tata neu infinity and plus. But they are only offering me it as FYF and it want it LTF.

How can i get it as LTF card? Any ideas or suggestions like corporate offers are highly appreciated. I currently hold Regali and swiggy hdfc. Both are LTF cards.

I have sent following email to hdfc CC twice.. First email sent after 3 months which was rejected.. Second email sent after 11 months.. It's done...

I emailed tataneucardsuport @hdfcbank.c0m email id requesting for LTF, but the reply came from customercare.cards @hdfc.c0m rejecting the request

This was my second request, first one was about 6 months back when I got the card as FYF. 😕

Relationship - Imperia banking, DCB LTF
Card - Got it in June/July last year
Spends - <1 lakh in the entire past year (as I hv DCB LTF as well)

Process
1. Mailed to tataneucardsupport@hdfcbank.com with the following:

Hi team,

I have been an HDFC Bank customer for the last 12 years (Imperia Banking) and have had a salary account with HDFC since the beginning. I have been using HDFC credit cards for 6+ years and am currently holding a Diners Club Black card which is Lifetime Free.

In July 2023, I got myself a Tata Neu Infinity card (xxxx 3779) as well, and I currently use both the cards as my primary cards for the majority of my expenses. However, the Tata Neu Infinity card is up for renewal soon.

Keeping in mind my long standing relationship with HDFC bank and the fact that I am an Imperia customer with considerable expenses across both my cards, I request that the Tata Neu card be made Lifetime free as my other card is also Lifetime Free.

3. Asked them to reconsider as my major spends were on DCB, as it was more rewarding, and my spends on Tata Neu weren't enough to justify the renewal fee.

Keeping in mind the above information, I request that you kindly reconsider my request to make the Tata Neu card Lifetime Free.

do i need to contact tataneu email or the customerservices email. pls clarify, what you did

Tried, but still shows the same. It says offer is valid for 10 days. 😞

I am seeing same offer. Infinity FYF. How to make it LTF? What did you do after this?
Unable to edit company name. Or else I have to try after 10 days.

How long has it been since you applied ? I'm my case I could only see it after I received and activated it.
