Is it possible to get Tata Neu Infinity without holding any other HDFC credit card but only savings account? I heard the application revert to Plus variant if CL on current HDFC cc is low. But what if you don't have any other HDFC cc?

I see the offer in Tata neu app. Just heard you start with Infinity variant in the app and end up getting in Plus variant based on current HDFC CL. I hope no existing card situation will be different.

May be their system check for higher limit on CIBIL for ur other bank card but not sure

Do explore this option below since it's a good way of getting Neu CC LTF, if you are a good spender in TATA chain (BB, Chroma etc.)

I don't have any saving account/existing hdfc cards, applied with tata neu app, got ltf infinity card.

Did you apply for Infinity or plus card variant? Usually they ask if higher card is not available for the applicant and then either reject high cc variant or issue low cc based on applicant response

Just to mention I work in tata group so got the infinity card during their offline campaign in our office. Rules vary on cc approval and preapproved offers based on cibil score, multiple card enquiries, frequent checking or clicking on ad banners or exiting out during the application process or checking cibil scores in multiple website or using tata neu app doing purchase in their brand or group

After I opened a SB Max Account in HDFC BANK, I tried applying for Tata Neu card. No response from them. I was very busy for 10 days or so. Then, I again applied on my 2nd number. Again, no response from them.

After, 2 weeks or so, I got a mail informing me that they are STILL processing my first application. And, want me to submit some confirmation letters - in the branch or post them to Chennai. Within 45 days.

I shall be sending them by this weekend.

Hopefully, I will get it - Tata Neu Infinity. Got 'excellent' ratings in CIBIL, Experian n CRIF.

gone through the same process, But I deleted my tata neu account, Than reapplied. But already hold hdfc B Regalia 7.75L
