Bill payments only gives 5% (base+bonus). There is no additional 5% from the time i started using the card

Yes, I was trying to confirm, so the devaluation has really happened. For me no option to pay any utility bill with credit card on Tata Neu app, so 5% CB option gone now.

What about insurance payments, can we pay lic premium payments via tataneu infinity in tataneu app which are above Rs 70,000 ? And get 5% neu coins ?

Received 75(Base)+175(Bonus) Neu Coins in the statement + 0 coins in the Tata Neu App

CC can be used in bill payment for insurance or electricity if the amount is less than 20K- 21K (a 20356 policy was accepted... Nothing higher)

Electricity might have a lower limit - they do not some boards that is a bummer.

Iirc, neu pass neu coins were never for utilities.
For utilities, only base 5% NEU Coins are valid.
Max bill amount varies for utilities and biller.

Anyway as this seems to be thread of neu pass devaluation, even though it's not relevant posting it here.

From December i observed that spends done on Tata cliq using tata cliq wallet money is no more eligible for 5% neu coins on Tata neu app. For November I got 5% neu coins when I used tata cliq wallet for payment on neu app

Weird. Last month (Feb '24) I paid an electricity bill of around ₹2.5K using my Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card on Tata Neu app. It also had the option to pay with other credit cards as well.
