Not able to claim the rewards. After clicking claim now, all I see is a blanket page.

I got 500 Neucoins today in Rewards Booster (instantly credited after tapping Claim Now) and a separate offer directly in HDFC Netbanking to spend 1.10L on NeuCard Infinity and get ₹3000 voucher in August end. Did so, hopefully will get the wowcher.

TBH, I am a little bit disappointed with Tata Neu Infinity. First of all I got a paid variant while the whole world is getting it LTF.
Then a lot of people were saying it is giving excellent rewards etc. But since I started using I am not seeing any great returns as such,
It is just the usual 5% returns nothing great to be exciting.
There could be some spend based offers and rewards league etc. But for a normal spender, these are a bit high targets to achieve.
Overall the experience has been nothing more than normal. Maybe if I use it for a few more months I may find some value, let me see.

I got Neu Infinity LTF but 10% has now become 5% because the earning of 5% via Neu app / Neu Pass is banned for my account for some reason and they just give a generic template reply of "Alerts have been identified in our system of breach of T&C" or something and never do anything. Even wrote to the CEO/MD of Tata Digital but no use. So 5% on BigBasket and 1mg is pretty less. Might close this card if they don't unblock the Neu account soon.
