Tata neu statement( false alarm)

Hdfc bank didn't gave a single neu coin for offline transactions. Not only that, in the 2nd page you can see that of one tata merchants too didn't receive any 1.5% or the bonus points! I'm cancelling mine next month and will suggest not going for this card to everyone.


Edit: - cc said that dmart comes under groceries, hence points are credited to that tab. At first he also lied that i won't receive any any points on upi for transaction below 100, but when i asked for source he apologized and raised request for upi transactions and few other missing rewards.

Edit 2:- i would like to apologise for this thread as someone below did the calculations for missing transactions and he pointed out that they are mentioned in the grocery tab.

I got for PNB it will credited in 3-4 days

Weird thing but I got points for cc billpay through GPAY under this category "NeuCoins_on_Grocery"
So may be they considering it has grocery and will credit coins at end of month?

most of stuff is either out of stock or unavailable in my area. I live in pune and have croma literally besides my residence. The app is still total mess when placing orders.

i received tata neu hdfc card on 28 april (activated and use after that). Billing is 1st of every month according to their terms (by default) but i didn't receive statement of (1-30april) email or any SMS neither able to download from mycard website. (no existing relationship with hdfc).
does anyone know, do they merged 3 days of april in - May billing cycle?

Mostly ur first bill will be by June 1
Get in writing from cc over email else they charge unnecessary to us for their fault

I had a similar issue when i got mine on 28th march, i saw bill amount in tata neu app and paid it and got combined bill for april and march on 1st of may.

yes, i am also thinking to pay outstanding amount so that it doesn't make any issue of late payment of non bill generation month.

almost any UPI but this time i didt ger cashback on my advance tax payment. it seems they don’t pay for government services
