Tata neu statement( false alarm)

Hdfc bank didn't gave a single neu coin for offline transactions. Not only that, in the 2nd page you can see that of one tata merchants too didn't receive any 1.5% or the bonus points! I'm cancelling mine next month and will suggest not going for this card to everyone.


Edit: - cc said that dmart comes under groceries, hence points are credited to that tab. At first he also lied that i won't receive any any points on upi for transaction below 100, but when i asked for source he apologized and raised request for upi transactions and few other missing rewards.

Edit 2:- i would like to apologise for this thread as someone below did the calculations for missing transactions and he pointed out that they are mentioned in the grocery tab.

HDFC cards don't pay reward on Government transactions be it UPI card.

Reflected in tata neu app, you can buy anything there or redeem in shop. But their system isn't well integrated yet, had 7.5k neu coin and bought a geyser with it on 28th, but the PO didn't generated and the croma store deducted my coins. Still didn't receive and refund any now they have jacked up the price by 3k. I'm worried that some of the coins are going to expire soon and they will simply raise their hands once they expire.

It takes atleast 5 days for me, their timeline is within 7 working days.

Did you get immediately 3-4 days after the transaction or 3-4 days after statement generation?

Hey guys, I started using this card from 29th March and till date I have accumulated 14,283 neu coins(including neu league bonus 2,500 coins) by only doing utility payments and UPI transactions (no cc payments btw). I was so wrong about this card and hence decided to add an update about it.

Since last month, I thought of closing tata neu card due to high Annual charges ( 1499+ 18%GST),

But after the last month statement, I changed my thought due to Nue coins for insurance bill payment ( 5%) , no one giving as of now that much of rewards. Had around 1 lakh insurance payments annually. Need to check all insurance billers are present in tata nue bill section.

If any changes in this insurance rewards segment, I will close my card.

All utility bills, they mention just 1.5% in rewards column, rest in the bottom section.

Some are telling that for bills upto 25000 per month you get 5% cashback on tata neu with HDFC Tata Neu infinity credit card. Not sure. Let others confirm it.

Is there any sublimit on groceries points? Why calculate them seperately
