It’s sad to say, it still hasn’t been fixed.
For e.g: Not able to react on first three comments of me_sovon's profile post.

Hehe, the reaction was present even before the last three updates, but there were no such bugs/issue.

Emoji issue is still not solved @TechnoFino

Also, if I accidentally click on notification icon, app the unread count goes away despite the notifications still being unread. This has been there since ages. Can you do something about this as well? The counter should not disappear untill all notifications are read/click on.

Nope, the bug still exists. I've attached a screen recording. When I hover my cursor, nothing comes up.

This is very rare, so even if it doesn't get fixed, I don't mind since I check those threads anyway.

I differ a bit: It's not very rare, if there's some feature and if it's not working properly, it should get fixed when members bring it as a notice/feedback, or else that feature shouldn't be available at all. No more expectations.

Need to check the post, manually then. 😐

I had also given feedback that the way we are able to reply, the comment of others get quoted, in the same way it should be available on profile post. Not only this, profile has no option of sharing. Can give others too, but only if...

I was a bug tester and feedback (from the POV of users) giver at a startup during COVID-19 phase, they had incorporated almost every thing, had direct contact with CEO, Head of Back-end team and other KMPs.

Try this:
Enable JavaScript in Google Chrome, you can do the following:
  1. Open Chrome
  2. Click the Menu icon (three vertical dots) in the top right corner
  3. Select Settings
  4. Click Privacy and Security
  5. Click Site settings
    • Click JavaScript
    • Select Sites can use JavaScript


    Delete Technofino data from your chrome browser, re-login and try.

I've already enabled JavaScript in Google Chrome and deleted all the Technofino data. After that, I logged in to the website again, but the bug is still there.

This problem is not on my end, it's on the website.

Ye troubleshoot karne ki need nahi hai dubara, karke baithe hain aur batya bhi toh tha 😐 firh wahi

its working fine for me and many other members... let me send your screen recording to xf developers.
 
@TechnoFino, this bug occurs only for "comments" not posts.

Can you check this from your end?

yeah for nayra and dragon bhai for both no emoji show up.. nothing it seem when you click for previous message this bug exist.

Exactly, that's what I'm trying to explain 🫡

For some reason, the website is giving a prompt "Are you sure you want to apply this reaction?"

It shouldn't be asking that.

@TechnoFino : This is what I was able to understand.

Let's say a profile post has been made by any XYZ users, once it goes beyond 4 comments. You cannot react to the 1st comment of that post.

Another example:

Open this user's profile, check his first post.

There are 15 comments at this point of time. You can only use different emojis for 13th, 14th and 15th comment. Rest 12 comments are blocked and you can only "like" them.

So, it seems like once the comments exceeds the number of 3, this bug kicks in.

Yes, because we can only see 3 comments without clicking on "previous message"

Your latest profile post has 10 comments, you can react to the last 8th, 9th, and the 10th comment. Rest 7 comments are blocked. "Like" is the only reaction possible.

Matalab bro ye sab post and comment pe nahi hota hai na jo aapko issue jhat se dikh jayega 😂

Aap active hi kitna rehte hain and likes karte hain jo feel hoga...

Mein jo screen recording send kiya tha bhaut pehle, tabhi bhi lag raha hoga aapko bas mujhe ho raha hai and u did the same.

But see, others have started to report as well m
