Yes. Any PP would work, but would attract charges as per SOC

A couple of questions since I will be at the Kolkata airport in some days:

1) I have a priority pass with HDFC Regalia & the membership for this PP is activated. Will it work for free access to this lounge or will it incur charges?
2) My Regalia PP was issued when I had Regalia on VISA. I then got it updated from VISA to Rupay Select. Does this need a reissuance of the earlier Priority Pass which was issued when I had VISA CC?

1. It's not free
2. Afaik rupay cards have lounge access via direct swipe, no PP needed

Generally DCB works wherever Priority Pass works in my experience

If you use PP which comes with regalia within India, you'll be charged around 3k for it. PP is meant for use outside India.

Just use your cc directly and avoid PP within India.

Only few PP gives free access within India, such as infinia PP, magnus PP etc.

Platinum not available at Irish house.

I don't know if Irish house is open now, I went to Kolkata in September, and that time it was going through some renovation work
