Anyone Facing issue with credit cards since 1 October 2024 while making payments with full 16 digit card number when token is saved for that particular merchant on a merchant account and paying on other account of same merchant.
Faced same issue on Amazon as well as Flipkart.
Resolved for Amazon when I deleted all tokenised card from Amazon Accounts. Unable to delete one flipkart saved token since the account used is not accessible and now I can't make any payment on Flipkart, It says Technical Error or Payment declined by the bank.
Suspending the token from Bank website is not working.
Same issue with ICICI as well as HDFC others not checked. Solution is delete all the saved tokens for that merchant but help me with deleting Flipkart token for account not accessible.
