I saw here on TF that some members shared that they are getting the option to activate Neon Pass with the Axis Kiwi CC.

They were getting option to apply for Yes Bank Kiwi which has Neon pass. Axis Kiwi does not have Neon pass.

I have closed kotak pvr earlier this year.

May apply for kotak myntra if they start taking application as I frequently use myntra.

Checked with Customer Care - they will start upgrades and take new application from 1st week of April.

Not sure if the info is correct though.

I spoke to my RM yesterday, he said process didn't start and he has no date when it will start. If what you are saying is true, could be they are revamping the portfolio.

I wanted to upgrade my Kotak White to Metal version - they denied. I raised request for cancellation and it was initiated immediately.

So dont think they are still in a mood to onboard/retain customers.

The main issue is they don't value customers, other well-known banks have retention teams but banks like Kotak don't value the existing customers.

i got neon pass even tho i dont hold kiwi card axis kiwi rejected coudnt complete vkyc in time yes non servicable area,

Kiwi Neon Membership eligibility: This membership is applicable only to customers who have a Yes Bank Klick credit card, issued via the Kiwi app.

For Klick Credit card issued via the Kiwi app: Additional cashbacks on Kiwi UPI transactions: 2% on scan & pay transactions (where QR code is scanned) 0.5 % on online transactions (where payment is redirected from merchant website/app to Kiwi app to complete the transaction) Milestone rewards on yearly spends on Kiwi App: 3% cashback on eligible spends of Rs.50,000 + 1 lounge access 4% cashback on eligible spends of Rs.1,00,000 + 1 lounge access 5% cashback on eligible spends of Rs.1,50,000 + 1 lounge access

So the rewards are linked to the Yes Bank Klick/Kiwi credit card. Without the credit card, the milestones and Neon have no meaning. Kiwi is not going to give 3%, 4% and 5% cashback on transactions through your bank account if your Kiwi credit card was rejected. Also, Axis Kiwi issuance was stopped long time ago before Yes Bank Kiwi program was announced. After which, recently Axis Kiwi customers got offer to apply for Klick Yes Bank credit card. For some of them who didn't hold a Yes Bank card already, it was approved

I have asked my RM to do the same… Ill update here if they upgrade my card. Which account type do you have right now? Im privy league black… maybe this affects your application?
