I wasn't at home actually and someone else accepted the parcel. From the photo it looks like the guy had UPS badge on his shirt but the mygate app says Delhivery. It may be that the guard input Delhivery incorrectly. Or may be they have a tie up with UPS.

Or is there another way / another procedure to be done to start the 15 day free trial international roaming?
