Offer Fulfilled! Uber One - Is it worth it?

Has anybody received the 3-month Zomato Gold voucher offered by Uber One? I subscribed to Uber One more than a week ago, but I haven’t received any email with the voucher. In the app, it shows a notification for Zomato Gold, but clicking on it results in an error.

In the Account section under Messages, there is a message saying 'Uber gifts you Zomato Gold' with a 'Claim Now' button. However, when clicking the button, it displays 'We couldn't load the content.

Forget about cashback, I will happily subscribe even at 150/month if they provide non cancellable and no calling rides from their drivers. It is too tiring to use Uber and Ola.

Last 2 weeks. Have been comparing uber and ola daily for rides. Even with a 10% discount. In Mumbai, uber rides are ridiculously priced compared to ola. And you also have indrive. So not really going for uber one.

Guess so. But usually the difference comes to more than 50-80 rupees for me. So always better to compare the 2.

When we used to have Uber Pass, they used to inflate rates for pass holders. I am not trusting Uber to do anything different. Don't have regular trips this month, and haven't activated the offer. Will probably give it a go if they are not inflating rates for members... Anyone's done any comparison?

For my airport ride they didn't. Anyways it was first month of the enrollment.

They do inflate prices for One members. And they do it everywhere, not just in India.

How does the Uber cashback work? From the last few Uber rides, I received nearly ₹94. When I choose an Uber ride, it shows this cashback as a deducted amount, but I doubt whether drivers accept it and only take the remaining money. So, I always choose the cash option. For example, if I choose a trip worth ₹100, it shows "Pay ₹6." Do Uber drivers know about this, and will they accept the ride?

I think it will only show ₹6 in their payment screen at the end so they’ll have no choice but to accept.

For Mumbai, InDrive < Ola < Uber in price comparison (generally). But recently have also seen issues with Ola adding additional charges (time etc.) post trip completion.
Uber is generally better in cars (Uber generally has Wagon R to Ola's Celerio) and service (less calls from driver to check location or to prompt the driver).

Based on previous experience with Uber Pass have not applied to this new service.
