Unable to apply for kiwi yes bank upi credit card

Iam 21 currently working as a software engineer, i was not able to apply kiwi yes bank upi credit card. Can anyone help me to fix this issue

It could be your age is less than 21 years as per the NID documents. What's your DOB?
