I received a Gyftr Bank Claim Code from HDFC as part of the May Spend offer. However, I have not been able to redeem the same. When I go to https://www.gyftr.com/rewards/hdfcb...T3UU&sid=2e452c77-fd72-43fd-a896-4d5201d1a2a2
It is asking me to input the unique code. On clicking submit after that, it gives an error, "Please enter correct mobile and email to proceed!"
There is no option to input the same! Tried on different browsers, on different devices phone and laptop and the same issue everywhere.
So I tried calling the Gyftr helpline number 18001033313. On selecting the bank claim code, the call gets transformed into a whatsapp chat. It asks for mobile number, name and email after an initial OTP varification. Then it asks to input the unique code. Then it asks for the phone number again, and then prompt to input another OTP. But how soever you try, that OTP would never arrive! Totally frustrating!
