Union Bank of India Rupay platinum Debit Card unable to trace

Recently applied #RUPAY_EMV_PLATINUM debit card for union Bank of India from net banking till now there is no communication received from Bank , deducted 118rs immediately there is no service Request No received over sms, email

1. how much they will take to send card

2. by which courier they will share tracking details ?

Even complaint over Twitter till now no response on above Request is anyone experienced same. Even home branch people have no clue where application gone .

They won't provide any tracking id but card will directly be delivered through India post.. takes 8-10 days normally.

Visit the bank and you will insantly get insta-RuPay Platinum debit card.

if I open a online account at ubi. is that account scheme eligible for rupay platinum debit card ?
