Abhishek012 bro, I tried to do 7 transactions, 6 using ICICI card & 1 with HDFC card. Out of 6 ICICI, 4 got processed & money added to wallet. But for the one with HDFC, it shown Incorrect OTP, then I resend and re-entered OTP, but the transaction throwed an error. Although no money was added to wallet, the amount got deducted from HDFC credit card. In Apay failed transaction history, it is mentioned to contact merchant. What to do? How to recover that amount back to HDFC?

Why you guys contact Amazon ? patience nahi hai. 😕😕 khud he within a week refund aa jayega.

Koi chargeback ki jarurt nahi ha within 7 working days me aa he jayega. Bina matlab k phir log chargeback karne lagte hai.

Ek to ye kotak se pension nhi aai h abhi tk, wo bhi doubt mein hai. Tumlog ise bhi bnd krwadoge, wese hi mera 3% cashback abhishek leke betha h .

My bad bro, haven't contacted Amazon yet and I am aware of chargeback funda. I mean to say that the advice to contact merchant is written in apay trans history. Editing my earlier post.
