Regalia Upgrade to Biz power FYF

Hi,
I upgraded my card to biz power FYF from business regalia1 via net banking.
I email to PNO for LTF but denied.
Can i use the card for one year and later downgraded the card to any other lower variant hdfc card LTF ? Like we did with Axis on call.

It depends on their mood. Never heard HDFC making such decisions on Call.
