Vistara Infinite downgraded??

Not sure if it's only me but I have been holding an Axis Bank Vistara Infinite card since launch and have held Vistara Gold status since then and also received one biz class voucher and 2 upgrade vouchers every year.
Well, this year I paid the card renewal fee on 30 May 2023. Didn't receive any vouchers but today I receive this email (see attachment)
WTF!! Demoted to silver!
Haven't read about anyone else experiencing this so is it possible this is a mess-up on the part of Axis?
Or is this because I didn't take any revenue flights in the previous year?
Would appreciate some feedback.

Gave me a service request number so hopefully it will be resolved. My brother and I both took this card at the same time and he recieved his vouchers end of June and is still Vistara Gold so hopefully it was a goof-up on Vistara or Axis's part and will be rectified.
 
I have Vistara Axis Infinite card and I am vistara Platinum too. CC renewal happens in Feb, while tier renewal happens in June.

Got business class voucher in Feb upon renewal if CC, and got 5 upgrade vouchers in Jun on tier renewal. Everything normal here.

Seems, Axis forgot to update Vistara in your case.
 
Usually there is a small delay in update From axis end to vistara for many. Just email axis and it will be done. For the lucky ones it’s done automatically
 
Yes even i received vistara business and gold upgraded automatically from silver a month back when it got upgraded. I think in 45 days one should receive physical club vistara cards when I called them up they said. Sofar has not received it. Let us see.
 
Also ask them to credit the same (complimentary Business ticket voucher). Upgrade vouchers would come automatically with tier renewal/upgrade
I see that when upgrade vouchers are given along with it they give award voucher. One needs to go to my voucher section and on demand tab you will find it. For tier renewal too same.

Its just because of disconnect between bank system and that of airlines. Just mail to the bank, it will get done. For me it happens almost every year... 🙂
