Hey wanted feedback, Caught up in a peculiar situation, I had done award booking using SBI Vistara PE voucher but due to unavilabilty, it was economy seat, but my travel plan is now cancelled due to inclement weather in Ahmedabad and event cancelled. On checking with Vistara they are saying, if i cancel now, it will only be taxes refunded and not the voucher reinstated. Even in case of no show for flight, they will refund taxes, but if the flight is cancelled from airlines side, then only PE voucher would be reinstated, Any body has any experience of doing flight cancellation booked through voucher @shutapdiya @SSV

They are right. Refunds are possible when booked with CV points or as per the ticket type for revenue bookings.

I would suggest you to ask them to change flight date instead of refund.

No postponing is not an option for me. Appreciate the feedback, will keep in mind though.
