Got the mail too. This was coming. First load on Payzapp @1.5%+GST and from that day I was expecting them to end it on July 31st, 2024 itself but they have given time till 31 Aug. I was ready not to use it again on Payzapp due to load charge as at 0.77% loss who will do that? But now it is completely gone. So from next year Tax payments will be done via DC (if it does not stop RPs).

For me Load via Millennia CC in wallet was only to Payzapp in last 3 years. Never loaded at any other place/wallet. So for me it was already dead. Those who use Snapay/Tide etc. will be affected. Millennia is alive until Amazon/FlipKart 5% is alive.

There is revaluation also as it is written Utilities Payments will fetch max. 2000 Cashpoints which was 1000 max.

The following revisions to your HDFC Bank Credit Card will apply:

1. Reward Points earned on Utility transactions will be capped at 2000 Reward Points per calendar month.

2. Reward Points earned on Telecom & Cable transactions will be capped at 2000 Reward Points per calendar month.

Merchant: Utilities 4900
Telecom and Cable: 4812, 4814, 4899.

2nd query bhai, i don't think utilities pe directly to reward point millenia de rha tha kya hume ? Because currently we used to pay directly on amazon to get 5%. Kyu ki abhi bhi card features me kuch change nahi dikha rha hai. abhi bhi 1000 hi limit hai per month.

Govt payments were excluded not Utilities 4900 MCC. Next year agar CC payments via dc chalta raha toh apne CC se directly tax pay kar lenge @0.944% and then DC se pay. Next year tak 10 new ways aa jayenge. 🤣

Education payments made through third-party apps like (but not limited to) CRED, Cheq, MobiKwik, and others will NOT earn Reward Points. However, education payments made directly through college/school websites or their POS machines will earn Reward Points.

So, My point is that if I pay my child education fee today on school website directly then will I get 1% CB ?

@SSV Even I was feeling sad that education payments won't fetch 1% from Sep 1, on third party apps but then I realize, I don't have kids which then made me realize I am not even married aur shayad tabhi apne pass paisa zyada hai because apna marriage Variant wala Bhugta Credit Card nahi bana aaj tak nahi kab ka Himalayan Credit Card banwa ke chala gaya hota with Unlimited Bhakti.

RBI and Mahila Bank should make it madatory for women to have credit card issued on their own father's guarantee before marriage or married will not be legalized with no option to change father's mobile number or email ID to husband's. CC on Husband guanratee should not cross monthly 10-20K limit with no option of LE. 🤣 Pradhan Mantri Ladli CC Yojna chalayo koi.
