I also applied for the card during the same timeframe Sapphiro LTF. I received the voucher on 27th August.

Old messages are not available on my device as i deleted them recently and i may have missed the voucher

Unfortunately they won't document these kind of offers well enough..
However, it doesn't hurt if you can make a first trasactoin of Rs 10 to 100 within the first 30 days, prefrerably sooner..
If the offer is still valid, you will get the respective gift, ( I do believe the offer still exists )

I don't this offer is active from September... Activated Sapphiro and hpcl coral Amex.. never recieved any dime, in the past 6 months.. just stating
