Didn’t have to call CC.

I too haven't received any voucher yet on my sapphiro which was about 20 days old..
lets wait for a month and then figure it out.
A lot of people in our community got the Tata CLiq voucher

Yes, I had received it after 60 days and I already mentioned it somewhere..

Then you should have got the voucher.
I also applied for the card during the same timeframe Sapphiro LTF. I received the voucher on 27th August.
