What cashback does apay icici card give for amazon pay merchant QR code?

I used Amazon pay qr code to pay a merchant. Got option to use credit card. Used Atlas and confirmed the MCC as electronics/radio/etc.
Now If I pay the remaining amount to the merchant using apay icici card by scanning his qr code, I get 5% cashback right?

Do you mean the BharatQRs issued by Amazon which offline merchants use? If that's the case, I doubt you'll get 5%. Most likely, it'll be 1%. Please do try it and let us know.

It's an Amazon pay QR. Axis Atlas thinks that it's like Amazon shopping! I dunno if ICICI apay card will be smarter 😂

we can't pay with apay icici to QR right? afaik, there is no rupay variant for apay icici

Axis has a history of deducting reward points few years/months later for their mistake of giving cashback/reward points.
At times they have gone to the extent of debiting money from cc, equivalent to wrongly given rewards.

Yes. I used Amazon pay section of amazon app to scan this qr code. Then it gave me all options to pay.

No money was added to wallet. It was like purchasing something from Amazon.

But the MCC was of amazon shopping (electronics/radio/etc) i called axis and confirmed. It was like I purchased an appliance on Amazon.
