What is your "ONE" go-to Breakfast item??

Make Soy nuggets your friend.
Can include milk products as well if fat is not an issue.
Make sure you've 0.8 to 1g/kg body weight in order to not lose muscle mass.
It's around 100gm per day just from (eggs chic whey) else whatever is home cooked meal is a bonus.
I don't geek out on the macros everyday but know as I stick to particular fixed protein sources.
