Anything coming from plants is good for me (excl. the exceptions are obvious) which included onion garlic & masoor...infact black masoor being one of my favs !! 😍That makes sense.
So, your definition of pure vegetarianism appears to be same as mine, -- except that I don't know how you treat onions and garlic which are considered to be "non-veg" by some! Even masoor dal is supposed to be non-veg to some people!

Kinda same for me.By "pure vegetarian" I just meant that I don't take egg too...as I'm aware of ppl who consider eggs as veg diet (u can have differing views here) !!
And I can't take milk but can take dahi & paneer, as I'm kind of lactose intolerant....can take milk in small qty only in form of sweet dishes like kheer etc. & not directly !!

I do it in the afternoons 2 hrs after breakfast. 5-6 eggs are the foundation of the meal.lol..do u workout if yes then what u said is great..if no then rip ur insulin and welcome ur future diabetes early

okay cool, I try to include proteins in every meal.Eat raw & fresh as much as possible.
Start with protein or fibre e.g. 🥒 .
From noon to sunset you can digest anything.
But need to keep count of calories.
