It’s relative. 99% of the population and even folks on the thread don’t keep track of macros. You don’t need to feel pity. It’s difficult for anyone to consume food as per the macros and being under required calorie.

How come "pure vegetarians" can't take milk, but are okay with dahi and paneer?!
.
By "pure vegetarian" I just meant that I don't take egg too...as I'm aware of ppl who consider eggs as veg diet (u can have differing views here) !!

And I can't take milk but can take dahi & paneer, as I'm kind of lactose intolerant....can take milk in small qty only in form of sweet dishes like kheer etc. & not directly !!

That makes sense.

So, your definition of pure vegetarianism appears to be same as mine, -- except that I don't know how you treat onions and garlic which are considered to be "non-veg" by some! Even masoor dal is supposed to be non-veg to some people!

u dont need to count macros alwys..on breakfast u should focus more on protein less carbs..not oposite,,early insulin rise is the main reason for insulin resistance

Yes, i don't understand. Because, by definition vegan foods exclude all animal products! So, dahi and paneer are not so?!
.
thats why i said..one who is pure vegan will leave those..but one who just so called vegan in name but eating what the person needs r the one who includes some and leave others and shout that m vegan
