@Abhishek012 Bhai just opened IDFC Savings account (10k AMB) . What are the next steps now for Debit card? It was mentioned that they will send debit card to my address. Is that the one or do I need to perform any other steps?

You need to apply firsttap debit from the app in cards section.

Hey @Abhishek012 I opened my wealth account in Feb, got 8K welcome points for VISA card transaction but didn't receive the 8K welcome points for first tap card transaction. Also, did not recieve points 28 Feb transactions points. Will I get it or do I need to contact customer care for it?

Wait upto 45 days, 99.99% chance you will get all your pending transaction rewards/welcome rewards.

If you do another transaction then high chance your 2nd transaction credit the welcome rewards.

Note- you can also complaint to customer care after 30 days, they will manually credit or wait upto 45days choice is yours.

Some people also get welcome reward twice on same firstap card, 1st time through manually complaint and 2nd time within 45days, automatically credited again welcome rewards. 🤣🤣

HDFC CC and SBI CC also supported on phonepe app.

Yes, sometimes transaction declined by phonepe, you can try after sometime.

Also use freecharge app using firstap RuPay DC, no extra charges on RuPay.

I'm trying to pay 2 HDFC CC bill payment through Justdial and Kotak 811 debit card. But after login and entering mobile no. and last 4 digit of cards it's shows my wife's full name as first name and asking to fill out last name only. My wife is no where linked with credit card account. For both different cards bill amount also shows same, whereas actual one is 13K and other is 15K. Pls suggest.
Or shall I pay bill through unipay and SBI vdc to avail atleast 0.5% cashback ?

that u will get it but u also need the firsttap rupay credit card...see if u have the option or else wait few days it will come or else call customer care they will help

Bhai woh firstap RuPay debit card hai and IDFC app se easily apply ho jayega.

Already updated and redeemed some points just today but now from evening the option is gone can u check yours try to open rewards section where credit card and bank points are combined

Seems they have heavy loads on redemption even my placed order is not yet processed didn't received the vouchers till now
