Which is best card after Infinia and DCB

Hi Since I don't have any existing relation with HDFC so infinia is out of question and agent is saying DCB is not getting issued now or on hold.

actually - it is easiest to get Infinia when you don't have an existing relationship with HDFC, meet the income criteria (over 3L income deposit into bank account) and are willing to open salary account with them
