Today I got an upgrade from LTF Kotak Royale to LTF Kotak White.

This is my first addition in 2024. Which is yours?

11 - Federal Bank Celesta - LTF

SC Smart FYF, got it for paying rent on RedGirraffe through PayZapp wallet, and NPS Tier-1 payments. (2% on both)

Should easily hit the annual fee waiver (1.2L) if these categories are considered towards the waiver. (Can anyone confirm?)

That's when they agreed to give this one goodie 😊

Sad that no preference to customer is given even till now. Banks treat existing customers like trash, we have to threaten to get the basic services sometimes.

Totally agree with you. Even now they are not giving me the Eazydiner prime membership and the complimentary health insurance. I am going to close the account, take salary for next 3-4 months in some other account and then come back again. Unless I find a better offer from any other partner bank.

Planning to close SBI Simplyclick paid as I have absolutely no use for that card even after offers and discounts it serves zero purpose to me. Usually HDFC or ICICI or Kotak should suffice for such offers

Even MD Desk is too Slow in. Communication..

They approached me after 10 days and Said We will look into the matter...
