I closed 2024 with 32 CCs, 28 LTF and 4 paid.

I took a pretty useless card just to open the account in 2025 😀

1. RBL Paisabazaar Duet Card - LTF (applied on 14th Jan, approved on 18th Jan)
2. Canara Bank Mastercard World - LTF (Card Inactivity Fee: 300 + GST if spend < 1L in a year)

As on date, 34 and counting...

guys need quick suggestions .. i recently closed my 2 year old yes bank finbooster card, already updated as closed in CIBIL/experian also.. so should i wait for 3/6 month cooldown for applying yes bank marquee or apply it right away???

i am confused.... there must be some difference between cooldown period for application (regardless of approval or rejection) and cooldown period after closing a credit card, meaning we cannot immediately apply for a new different CC after closing one from that bank
