Yeah asitis isolate i have tried multiple times it good 👍 only con it raw whey have tried adding coffee and what not it didn't worked but yeah it value of money product.

sugar free is tough, but for the occasional indulgence TWT bars are the best so far

I would like to get some suggestions on which whey protein should I start with. I’m planning to start gym from next week. I’m lactose tolerant. Earlier I used to consume sugar and my digestion was a bit late but from when I stopped consuming sugar I felt like I’m digesting food pretty fast. Don’t know which whey should I start to not feel bloated or feel stomach issues.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Since you are lactose intolerant, you should probably go for plant based proteins. Some brands that I know of are cosmix and oziva are two popular names, there are many others too
