Wierd Upgrade offer for existing HDFC Infinia

Weird thing from HDFC today, got Upgrade option available on Net banking for my existing Infinia Credit card.
Initially I thought it might be the option to upgrade from Plastic to Metal variant Infinia card but shocked to see the available upgrade options as: -

- HDFC New Diners Black DOM
- 6E Rewards XL card

Just feel LOL how above can it be called as upgrade for my existing Infinia card.
Also the upgrades offered are chargeable cards.

So 2 things, Visa to Diners variant upgrade/downgrade is possible, secondly not sure if above upgrades hint of any discontinuation of Infinia in future.

And the best part is, I already have DCB black so in case if I go with Upgrade to HDFC DCB from Infinia, I will be having 2 DCB Black cards in hand.
Will be first time someone will have 2 same cards from HDFC 😛

im seeing exactly same 2 cards options and both have annual fees for my LTF Infinia 😀

Received same upgrade for my Regalia First LTF to MoneyBack paid as I was not using my HDFC CARD. My card expiry is also in 2024. Seems HDFC downgrades card if user not completing the spend milestones. This is despite receiving DCB upgrade offer last December but did not go ahead as it was FYF.

Got similar upgrade on my DCB 6-12 months back where it offered to upgrade to 6e rewards and money-back 🤣
