Will reissue of the blocked/hotlisted Easyshop platinum card for HDFC Saving Max Account be LTF or chargeable?

I have blocked/hot listed Easyhop platinum debit card last year which was LTF linked to my HDFC Saving Max Account. Now currenlty via internet banking I reissued the card.
I want to know now after reissue will it be LTF (fee waived) for my HDFC Saving Max Account?

It will be Ltf i guess just for the confirmation you can mail HDFC and ask them whether you card is ltf or not

It will be LTF as i opened my saving max account in hdfc on friday and the bank guy told me i can order easy shop platinum or millennia card with this account and it will be LTF.
