I have a random Axis Band CC (not owned by me) being reflected in CIBIL. I even made a complaint to them. But they removed the complain saying it has been resolved without addressing it. What should I do?

Whom did you write to? Customer support is a piece of junk, write to PNO directly. Even after doing so if it is not resolved, you first need to order Bamboo from @VISHESH_BANSAL and then complaint to RBI BO.

I made a complaint on the CIBIL website. There is an option to RAISE DISPUTE
No problem. That will work. Just give them time of 30days, if they deny you can approach RBI Omb.

send a mail to the Axis Bank customer care with CC to nodal and PNO and mention the dispute ID from CIBIL
if not fixed after giving them the requisite time, then file a complaint via the RBI complaint management system

happened with me too. Moment CIti Bank became AXis ,my cibil had a massive drop with a cc reflecting under my details as never paid
