Wrong card issued by SBI

I had applied for SBI SimplyClick but SBI issued me a SBI Prime. I have the photo of my offline application form where I signed beside the SBI SimplyClick card. What should I do now?? Ask for lifetime free prime card or downgrade to SimplyClick?

So, you applied through an agent, right?

Yes, ask them to downgrade, if they don't agree just cancel it or don't activate the card.

SBI changed my card to SBI SimplyClick. After exchanging a few emails with pno.
