No official confirmation from hdfc but if u have any active hdfc cc they r not allowing us to apply for these cards

u can req for LE And upgrade manually with inc docs
scan and send the upgrade / LE form with inc docs to their escalation or grievance emails ur work will be done

We are getting the same usual error. I have only one HDFC CC(although it's co branded) and it's old, 2 yrs old almost. No new CCs.

Even my father is getting the same error and his only CC (Regalia) is more than 10 years old now

@TechnoFino seems like ETB customers with active CCs are not getting anything
