That’s was the mistake , always apply cobranded cards through their respective app/website.
I got mine RG , TN Infinity and Swiggy all approved in span of a week.

Try applying again from Swiggy App , you may get approval.

Card dispatched for my wife at 21st ,
delivery attempted on 23rd but otp didn't come due to bsnl poor network .
Next 2 days they didn't call me for deliver attempt, simply updating as C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address
Every day morning they update as out for delivery , evening updating as C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address 😞.

Bring up this matter with the courier and the HDFC and tell them that the delivery person isn't attempting delivery and is falsely updating the status.

HDFC is quite unreliable.
I got HDFC Swiggy in September 2024, and applied through the branch agent, he showed me it is LTF, I even saw it and saw it in my Swiggy app as well.
Now in last month's statement, I got a Rs.500 membership fee charged, when I asked them through email they replied the card is not LTF for me.
But the thing is even now I can see the card as LTF in the Swiggy card details section. I have sent the screenshots and details that I saw while applying as LTF and only then I applied for it.
I don't know if they will reverse the charges or not.

If you have proof, send it to [email protected] and use heavy words for cheating

If they says still paid card , atleast we should get moneyback + card for same joining fees which is better than freedom atleast. Will they upgrade for free lol ?

I tried few months back they requested more documents I didn't send more and nothing happened

You can convince them to rake online and they do upgrade basis documents

Request them for free upgrade since freedom and moneyback+ card have same fees .
Btw , for freedom card 25k is enough to reverse the fees and 50k for moneyback+ right ? But why they mentioned 50k for freedom card ?

We went to bluedart office yesterday and got it directly. And luckily we got otp also that time .

I think paytm freedom card ltf ended last year itself , but they didn't remove it until last week . Now it's showing as paid card .

And also I still remember one time when I clicked that freedom card , outside it was showing ltf , but details page it mentioned 500+gst .
