No, I didn’t mention my relationship with the bank. I do hold a Swiggy LTF card.
try this grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com and do mention same.
On Jan 30 and Feb 2, I didn’t apply for any credit card but still received this email:
“Alert from TransUnion CIBIL – Your CIBIL Report has changed. Here’s why.”
The last email I received was on Jan 10, when I applied for the Freedom Credit Card.
Yeah account has been added to cibil I think.
Update: Requested HDFC for reconsideration. They asked for Address Declaration which I dropped at nearest branch. Today, Freedom+ approved.
So, I got 1st core card after having Tata Neu Plus.
