On Jan 30 and Feb 2, I didn’t apply for any credit card but still received this email:

“Alert from TransUnion CIBIL – Your CIBIL Report has changed. Here’s why.”

The last email I received was on Jan 10, when I applied for the Freedom Credit Card.

On Jan 30 and Feb 2, I didn’t apply for any credit card but still received this email:

“Alert from TransUnion CIBIL – Your CIBIL Report has changed. Here’s why.”

The last email I received was on Jan 10, when I applied for the Freedom Credit Card.

Yeah account has been added to cibil I think.

Mine declined just now. Already have Tata Neu plus.

Update: Requested HDFC for reconsideration. They asked for Address Declaration which I dropped at nearest branch. Today, Freedom+ approved.
So, I got 1st core card after having Tata Neu Plus.

Received first money back than upgraded paid millennia than close millennia than again got LTF millennia

Hi,1) i got Moneyback Paid as first ever credit card for more than a year now.
2) They offered a free digital only UPI card, i got it LTF floater.
3) Via RM applied offline recently a good Paid floater.

Q1: Can I successfully windup 1) and 2) without loosing the limit?
Q2: What can be done in this situation to have the best LTF CC?

Really you had to close both of them. HDFC usually doesn't frustate its customers this much. Did retention team give you some offer? They usually do.

Yes i had to close both. At retention call i was adamant so was hdfc finally closed both card. After months they offered me ltf millennia with higher limit in comparison to previous offered lower variant money back woth chillar limit.

I am in the same line. Applied LTF Freedom through Paytm. Customer care said it's paid. Escalated to Grievance redressal.
