Stay away from yes bank they have pathetic customer service. I have a paid Reserv (First Exclusive) card which is due renewal next month. I asked for an upgrade to Marquee these buggers rejected with a lame reason that they can only upgrade visa card holders to Marquee. Then I asked to make Reserv LTF these buggers rejected. Then I asked them to downgrade to ACE these buggers rejected again (ACE is available on mastercard btw). Which bank on earth doesn't let customers downgrade? That's our right, bank can't hold us hostage to one card variant. Upgrade I agree I might not be eligible by their standards it's their purview. But bro I hold a yes reserv with 6 lakh credit limit, why on earth can't I downgrade to ACE? Crazy bank, had a no cost emi running foreclosed it by paying extra and I am fucking gonna close this card taking my tally of active credit cards from 45 to 44 😬 But these buggers don't deserve my business.

Sorry to say, Banks have the ultimate say in such matters. They need not accept upgrade or downgrade.
You can always close the current card and apply for lower variant card.

You probably selected Self-employed; change it to salaried. Then, if you are eligible, you will see Marquee or Reserv.

Lets hope for best... I already spent 20k on Yes First Business and made it FYF...they are not waiving fees no matter how much i negotiate with them.. Marquee is totally worth it i feel

Tried to get in touch with yes cc but the numbers aren't going thru today. Did anyone else try and check?
18001200 (this number pops up when trying to connect thru yes iris app)
18001031212 (as printed on the back of the card)
Main reason for calling was to chrck for the 60k bonus points i emailed them 5 days ago and still no response

I call this 1800-103-1212 .. It won't get connected immediately but after 3 to 4 tries, it gets connected ..

After two months JF will be charged..
We are almost at the middle of 3 rd month still no rewards yet.. but regular rewards will be granted a few days after settlement that you can see only in net banking
After statement is generated, you will find your consolidated rewards
